NO CHILDREN!

— 17 & under receiving a service must be accompanied by a parent. 24 hour advance cancelation notice is required, this allows someone else to schedule an appointment.

— Confirmation text are made prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hour advance notice you will be charged a booking fee of up to 100% of your scheduled appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next appointment. 

— No shows and no calls: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forget their appointment and doesn't call will be considered a no show. Your will be charged the full amount of your missed appointment. This amount must be paid prior to scheduling another appointment If your appointment was part of a package, that portion of your package will be redeemed. 

— If you arrive late your appointment may be shorten in order to accommodate others whose appointments are after yours. Depending on how late you arrive your esthetician will determine if there is enough time remains to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your esthetician and other customers, please plan accordingly to arrive on time.

— Policies are in place for a reason, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you are sick or not feeling well please call to reschedule your appointment. Services will not be rendered. 

— Treatments will not be delivered under the following circumstances:

Colds, influenza, flu, cough, cold sores, sunburn, ringworm, lice.

— Kindly call and reschedule your appointment.

— Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early as intake paperwork will be required. We require this paperwork to insure the safety of your treatment.

— We will need a list of medications and vitamins.

— Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions so that we may prepare ahead of time for your treatment.

— Please inform us if you have had Botox or fillers done within the past two weeks. Treatments can be performed before Botox or fillers or 14 days after.

— Please inform us if you are using Retin A or any products with active exfoliating ingredients.

If you are using Retin A, please discontinue it five days prior to your appointment.

— Please inform us if you have been on any prescriptions for acne.
